An Italian ice cream parlor is called a gelateria.
Gelato recipes usually include more egg yolks, more milk and less cream. It actually has less fat than regular ice cream, but gelato's low overrun makes for an extremely dense, rich and creamy treat.
Wheras Premium ice creams are made with fresh cream (not condensed or powdered milk), real eggs, and natural flavorings. Quality ingredients aside, lesser ice creams also have more air whipped in. As much as half the carton may be air, in fact. More air--or "overrun"--means softer ice cream that scoops more easily and melts more quickly.

Thus i present to you .. My all time favourite ... ROCHER Gelato ..

And these are the assorted flavours available in tht shop

Verdict : Smooth and flavourful ... mouthful of goodness and aso with brimmed with hazelnuts and aso biscuits within the gelato ( making it taste so rocherish ) * mouthful of heaven *

1st recipes to start the whole show going ...

Dui Dan ( cantonese steamed egg custard dessert )

2 eggs
120 ml of milk
tons of sugar

1) dissolve the sugar into the milk to make it super sweet
2) cool milk to room tempature
3) beat the eggs lightly and gently
4) strained egg using fine mash till VERY smooth ( which i strained at least 4 times)
5) mixed egg mixture and milk together
6) strained the milk and egg mixture to make it super fine without any air bubbles
7) boiled water in medium heat
8) once water is boiling , place egg/milk mixture into the steamer and cover.
9) steamed abt 10 - 20 mins ..
10) SERVED

Verdict :
tofu - like and smooth to the groove ..
